Why should I choose your service?

I pride myself on being completely honest with you. I do not take commission from boutiques or shops, so everything that I recommend to you is purely based on what suits you best. If you're looking for an honest, professional opinion and a warm and friendly approach then you've come to the right place.

What locations do you cover?

Styling services are available for locations in Hampshire and Sussex. These services can also be available for parts of Surrey, Dorset and Berkshire. For queries about locations, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

What does the telephone style consultation include?

Before your telephone consultation, I ask you to complete a client information form and send me a full-length photograph of yourself/your bridesmaids. The consultation is then a chance to discuss the completed form, clarify any questions I might have, and confirm details of the service with you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have. 

What do I need to do to prepare for my Wardrobe Restyle?

Before their session, some clients like to group their clothes into categories such as tops, bottoms, shoes etc. If you choose to do this, it does help speed up the process so that I can spend more time reviewing the clothes and less time sorting through your wardrobe. However, this service is about you and if you would prefer to do this together, this is absolutely fine.

How much budget do I need to have for my Personal Shopping session?

It's entirely up to you. I can work with all types of budgets, whether it's top designers or high street shops, I will make sure you get the best look for your budget. We will discuss shopping locations and options in your initial consultation. 

How do I pay?

To secure your booking, I ask for a £50 deposit for all styling services, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is required within 24 hours of the service being completed. If you wish to reschedule your booking once you've paid the deposit, you must inform me at least 24 hours before your booking. Any requests to change your booking after this time may result in a cancellation. If an alternative booking is made, any payment taken will be transferred to that appointment.  

Payment for gift vouchers is required in full to confirm your purchase. Payments are non-refundable. Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for services.
